Regarding this type of synthetic resin molded product, the present applicant has previously published Japanese Patent Publications No. 49-13626 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 49-1350.
There is something provided in issue 9. The method disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 49-13626 is [*Several pieces of dried phenol resin-impregnated cloth and multiple pieces of metal mesh are alternately stacked and laminated, and the seed layer material t- is kept at a slightly high temperature. The product was then filled into a mold and molded under heat and pressure. The product disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 4G-13509 is a metal material wrapped with threads of asbestos, cotton cloth, etc. It is obtained by forming a metal net using wires, and then heating and pressing a plurality of sheets of phenol resin-impregnated cloth and a plurality of sheets of metal net, which are alternately stacked on top of each other. These products use a metal mesh to increase heat conductivity and make it easier to dissipate frictional heat even when used as a roller catcher for high-speed rotating rollers.
The problem with the one published in No. 6 is that delamination may occur between the layers of the phenol resin-impregnated cloth and the metal mesh, while the one in the special publication No. 1983-15 soe Since the metal mesh is made of nine metals around which the threads are wound, the interlayer adhesion between the metal mesh and the phenol-luminium-impregnated cloth is excellent, but the tensile load applied to the metal mesh, etc. This stress is applied only to the metal wire, and the metal wire, which is weak against repeated tensile loads, is likely to break, posing a problem in terms of strength.

The present invention has been made in consideration of the above points, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing a synthetic resin molded product that does not cause delamination and has high strength.

The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. The woven fabric (4) is formed by weaving composite yarn fil.
As shown in Figure 111, 1) is a shaped thread (
2b) is preferably used in combination. In the example shown in Figure vJ1, one twisted chemical fiber yarn (2m) and one cotton yarn (2b) are used.
) The composite thread (3) is formed by combining two wires and a tube with the metal wire fil. As the metal wire (1), it is preferable to use an aluminum wire or a brass alloy wire from the viewpoint of thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, strength, etc. 'If you use 1ft yarn (2%) and 0% chemical fiber yarn, it will be difficult to use.
When used as an o-le holder for an o-le, it can be expected to absorb the vibrations generated in the o-le and reduce noise generation. By using it, the heat resistance of the molded product can be improved. Composite yarn ts) formed as above
A woven fabric (4) is obtained by weaving using a cotton yarn tube as a warp yarn and a cotton yarn tube as a warp yarn.

The fabric (4) thus obtained is impregnated with a thermosetting resin varnish and dried. As the thermosetting resin, in addition to phenol resin, any resin such as Eboshi resin, unsaturated polyester resin, uretashi resin, Merasanshi resin, urea resin, etc. can be used. For example, when using phenol resin, alkali resin A strong viscous liquid obtained by reacting excess formaldehyde with phenol using a catalyst is mixed with a solvent to make a varnish, and a woven fabric (4) is immersed in this varnish to create a varnish on the woven fabric (dark). It is impregnated with water and dried.

The fabric (4) impregnated with thermosetting resin and dried as described above is folded and stacked as shown in Figure 2, and this is used as one block to form an upper mold (6) as shown in Figure 3. ) and the lower gold (mts+) are filled with a plurality of blocks of woven fabric (4) in the middle pipe (7), and heated at 150-200°C, 50-20°C.
By heating and press-molding the product under conditions of 0.11v/m for about 20 to 50 minutes, an iol receiver A as shown in FIG. 4, for example, is obtained. In Fig. 4 (81t'j metal core reshi), this metal core reshig (8) is formed using the metal-containing mold (81t'j) when molded using the mold shown in Fig. 3. 7) The metal core resig (8) may be integrated into the O-ru receiver QA at the same time as the woven fabric (4) is heated and press-formed. The gold woven fabric shown in Figure J3 is molded into a rishiku shape, and then a metal core rishita is placed inside it.

As described above, according to the present invention, a woven fabric having metal wires is impregnated with thermosetting resin gold, dried, and then layered in multiple layers and molded under heat and pressure to produce a luxurious molded product. The wire can dissipate heat from the molded product, preventing local heating of the molded product, and it is suitable for using the molded product as a [+-JLI receiver] for high-speed O-ru. A woven fabric is formed using the Tokuro composite yarn by twisting the threads together, and the woven fabric is impregnated with a thermosetting resin and molded. Since it is incorporated into the woven fabric as a thread, there is no risk of delamination in the molded product as in the conventional example where resin-impregnated cloth, metal mesh, and gold are laminated. Since the metal wire and thread are twisted together and the hole is made, stress such as tension applied to the composite thread is applied to the metal wire and the thread respectively. There is no fear that the metal wire is applied only to the metal wire,
It can prevent IK disconnection from occurring.
