半回転させて操作ばねを蓄勢し、該操作ばねの放勢によ
る出力軸の半回転により伝達機構を介して連動連結され
たしゃ断器を操作する開閉器のばね操作装置において、
前記揺動レバーに補助ばねを付設し、該揺動レバーの復
帰時において補助ばねに蓄勢せしめ、揺動レバーの送込
み時に該補助ばねに蓄勢されたエネルギーを放出するよ
うにし、これにより前記回転駆動源における負荷を平均
化し、かつ、最大負荷を低減せしめたことを特徴とする
