Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent sand particles from attaching to the sliding surface of a windshield by arranging a dust guard lip for covering the top part of the sliding part of the windshield. CONSTITUTION:Sand particles which enters into a door body 4, can be prevented from entering into the sliding part between a roller 3 and the sliding surface of a windshield G since a dust guard lip 14 right above a stabilizer 1 is closely contacted with the sliding surface of the windshield G. Further, since the dust guard lip 15 is located in the position which is right above the stabilizer 1 in the vicinity of the sliding part, between the sliding surface of the door glass G and the roller 3, that constitutes an inclining fulcrum for the windshield G with substantially no swinging displacement of the windshied G, the dust guard lip is always maintained in the close contact condition with the door glass G. Accordingly, the dust guard may be assured even if sand particles enter along the surface of the door glass G.

For the stabilizer f1, as shown in Figure 11, inch reinforcements 91 are attached to the inside of the door waist opening of the door inner panel 8, and the door glass G is held between these two stabilizers 1 to prevent steady movement. In some cases, it may be possible.

The door glass G is supported at its lower end by a guide rail 11 fixed to the door inner panel 8 side via a slider 10, and when the door glass G is closed, fC is below the stabilizer 1.
The door weather strip 13 is brought into close contact with the door weather strip 13 using the contact point as a fulcrum as shown by the solid line a in Figure #41. Normally, this door glass G is assembled in such a way that it tilts slightly toward the vehicle interior as a fulcrum at the contact point of the stabilizer 1 in order to generate a sealing reaction force with respect to the door weather strip 12. For this reason, the locus of the door glass G when it is raised and lowered is closer to the JP room side, as shown by broken ab in FIG. On the other hand, at the sealing portion between the door waist weather strip 7' 12 attached to the door waist opening edge of the door outer panel 5 and the door glass G surface, the door glass G falls down toward the passenger compartment, causing a gap between the door waist weather strip 7' 12 and the door glass G surface. A gap δ is created between the two. This door waist weather strip 12 is molded from a resin material with elastic legs so as to follow the movement of the door glass G in the vehicle width direction and prevent the above-mentioned gap δ from occurring.
; The change over time is large, and it is impossible to keep the above-mentioned gap δ to zero for a long period of time. As a result, fine grains of sand can easily enter the door body 4 through the gap δ between the door glass G and the door waist weather strip 12, and dust etc. attached to the outer surface of the door glass G can also be removed from the door waist weather strip. 12 makes it impossible to wipe cleanly. If sand grains that have entered the door body 4 or U dust that has adhered to the door glass G11i adhere to the roller 3 surface of the stabilizer 1, #I-shaped scratches will occur on the surface of the door glass G when the door glass G is raised and lowered. This may cause problems if the product is attached.

In particular, when the roller S is made of an elastic material such as rubber, the surface of the door glass G tends to be seriously damaged due to sand grains biting into the roller surface. 14 in the fa1 diagram indicates the door waist opening.

In view of the conventional situation, the present invention prevents sand grains, dust, etc. that have entered the glass storage panel main body from adhering to the surface of the stabilizer that comes into sliding contact with the window glass surface, thereby avoiding scratches on the glass surface. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a windshield scratch prevention device.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, one aspect of the present invention is to provide a sliding contact between the stabilizer and the windshield by directly above the stabilizer and in contact with the windshield surface! By disposing a dust removal lip that covers the top of the panel, the dust removal lip prevents sand grains that have entered the panel body from adhering to the sliding surface of the stabilizer with the windshield. This is to wipe off any dust or dirt that may have adhered to the stabilizer before it reaches the stabilizer.

Bolts are attached to the outer reinforcement 6 fixed to the inner side of the door waist opening edge of the door outer panel 5 on the stabilizer 1, which rotatably supports the roller 3 on the base plate 2.
The roller 3 is in sliding contact with the door glass G11j to prevent the door glass G from swaying.
A dust removal lip lδ is disposed directly above the stabilizer f1 in close contact with the door gaff flow surface and covers the sliding contact portion between the stabilizer 1 and the door glass G. In this embodiment, the dust removing lip 15 is fixedly attached to the base plate 2 (bracket) 1g, which is integrally molded with an elastic material such as rubber so that the tip protrudes further toward the door glass G side than the roller 1. be. Further, the surface of this lip 15 that comes into sliding contact with the door glass G is provided with flocks 17 to improve sliding properties.

According to the structure of the above embodiment, as the door waist weather strip 12 changes over time, a gap δ is generated between the door waist weather strip 12 and the door gaff surface as shown in FIG. 11!1, and this gap J Even if fine sand particles enter the door body 4 through the above, the dust removal lip 15 located directly above the stabilizer 1 is in close contact with the door gaff surface, so that the sand particles will not come into contact with the sliding contact between the roller 3 and the door gaff surface. can be prevented from entering. However, as mentioned above, this dust removal lip 15 is located directly above the stabilizer 1, and is close to the sliding contact area between the roller 3, which serves as a fulcrum for the falling of the door glass G, and the door gaff flow surface, and is therefore prevented from swinging of the door glass G. Since it is located at a location where there is almost no displacement, it is possible to maintain close contact with the door gaff surface at all times, and therefore, even if sand grains enter along the door gaff surface, dust can be effectively removed.

In addition, as described above, a gap 1 is created between the door waist weather strip 12 and the door gaff surface, and the door waist weather strip 12 wipes away the dust deposited on the door gaff surface when the door glass G is lowered. Even if this is not possible, the dust adhering to the door glass surface can be wiped cleanly by the dust removal lip 15 directly above the stabilizer 1, which prevents dust from entering the sliding contact area between the roller 3 and the door gaff surface. Therefore, it is possible to avoid damage to the door glass surface due to intervening sand particles, dust, etc. when the door glass G is raised and lowered. It is constructed by applying flocking 4 to the sliding contact surface via a base cloth n, and on the upper surface of this elastic material block, there is a dust removal lip 15 that extends above the flocking 21 and protrudes toward the door glass G side. In this case as well, the dust removal lip 15A is located directly above the sliding contact portion of the stabilizer 1 with the door glass G, and is always kept in close contact with the door gaff surface 11i11. Exactly the same effect can be achieved. In addition, in this embodiment, the raw material block of the bullet 1 and the dust removal lip 16 are integrally molded, which is very advantageous in terms of manufacturing and cost. As shown in Fig. 85, B may be molded separately from an elastic material block and elastically supported on the base plate 2 via a coil spring 4 or the like.In addition, in each of the above embodiments, the dust removal lip 15 is attached to a stabilizer. 1, but it may be separated from the stabilizer 1 and fixed to the door panel material directly above the stabilizer 1. Furthermore, the door glass protection can be enhanced by applying the invention to a case in which a stabilizer l is also assembled on the door inner panel 8 side.

Yet again. According to the present invention, which can be applied not only to door glass but also to rear window glass, etc., the dust removal lip is located directly above the stabilizer with little change in rocking of the glass, so that it is always In order to maintain close contact with the glass surface and contact the sliding contact part '1' between the stabilizer and the glass surface, fine sand grains that have entered the glass storage panel main body are prevented from entering the sliding contact part '1' between the stabilizer and the glass surface.
