Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 鍋４の開口部をパツキン６を介して密封状態に覆う蓋５
    と、その蓋５に設けた圧力調整弁７と、前記鍋４を加熱
    する発熱体２と、この発熱体２の通電制御を行なう温度
    制御回路１３と、所定温度（圧力）になるまで設定時間
    作動する調理タイマー１１と、所定温度（圧力）になっ
    たとき一定時間作動し、この間温度制御回路１３によら
    ず一定電力を供給するためのタイマー回路１２とを備え
    、該温度制御回路１３による設定温度は圧力調整弁７の
    動作温度より低く設定するとともに、加圧当初タイマー
    回路１２の作動によって、圧力調整弁７から蒸気を排出
    し、その後蒸気を出さないように密封状態で煮炊きを行
    なうことを特徴とする圧力調理器。
