Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ヒータとサーモスタットと焙煎ドラムとを内蔵する焙煎
    ドラムの駆動モータと、焙煎ドラムと連通し冷却ドラム
    を内蔵する冷却部と、冷却ドラムの駆動モータと、上記
    焙煎部内のサーモスタットの温度信号に対応してヒータ
    と焙煎ドラムおよび冷却ドラムの駆動モータの運転制御
    をおこなう運転制御機構とを備える焙煎器において、運
    転制御機構が、焙煎部内温度が設定温度に達した際にサ
    ーモスタットからの温度信号に基づいてヒータをＯＮ　
    −ＯＦＦ　Ｌ、て通電率調整をおこなうヒータの通電率
    調整部と、同じくサーモスタットからの温度信号に基づ
    いて始動するとともに設定時間後に通電率調整部の動作
    を停止するタイマ一部とを備える焙煎器。
