Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 本体内に設けられた加熱室と、この加熱室内へ高周波を
    供給する高周波発生装置と、この高周波発生装置の動作
    に伴って高周波発生装置を冷却する送風機と、前記高周
    波発生装置を冷却した空気を前記加熱室内へ導入する送
    風路と、前記加熱室壁に設けられた排気孔と、この排気
    孔を有する加熱室壁と前記本体との間に設けられた仕切
    板とで形成された排気路とからなり、前記仕切板の一部
    にルーバーを設けるとともに、このルーバーと前記排気
    孔間に設けられた通気抵抗板の下端部を前記ルーバー及
    ｄ排気孔よりも下方へ延出して構成した高周波加熱装置
    。
