Abstract

PURPOSE:To conveniently and easily supply fuel, by using liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) as the fuel of a 2-cycle engine. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical pressurized vessel 2 sealed with liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and lubricating oil is mounted to an engine main unit 1 by a spring 3 and receiving port 4. This port 4 is connected to a pressure regulator 5, opening and closing valve 6 and mixer 7. The LPG contained with the lubricating oil in the vessel 2 outflows in the port 4 by inserting the point end of the vessel 2 into the port 4, and is reduced with the pressure by the regulator 5 then vaporized to flow into the mixer 7 via the valve 6. The LPG in the mixer 7 is mixed with intake air from the side of an air cleaner 8 and sucked into an engine.

It is popular as a power source for portable working machines (brush cutters, power dusters, etc.) due to its characteristics of being lightweight, inexpensive, and easy to handle, but it also has drawbacks when compared to electric motors, which are another power source. There are many unresolved issues regarding how to expand the range of applications in place of electric motors.

The object of the present invention is to focus on the above points and provide a two-stroke engine that normally uses gaseous liquefied petroleum gas as fuel instead of liquid fuel such as Ganlin, and is characterized by: A pressure vessel filled with liquefied petroleum gas and removably attached to the engine body, a receiver into which fuel flows from the pressure vessel, a pressure regulator and a synchronizer that completely reduce the pressure of the fuel at the mouth and vaporize it. The engine is equipped with a mixer that mixes the fuel introduced through the pressure vessel and the on-off valve with the air from the air cleaner Q and supplies the mixture to the engine.

この場合は、燃料の補給が手軽で容易になり。In this case, refueling becomes easy and convenient.
