Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to easily remove even superfine dust from an aqueous solution, by concurrently and continuously forming numerous air bubbles in the aqueous solution inside a cell for filthy water, adsorbing and sticking the part of filthy water to the surface of the air bubbles, and discharging it together with the air bubbles. CONSTITUTION:A means for generating air bubbles comprising a tip 12 made of a porous ceramic material is provided at the lower part of a cell 1 for filthy water, so that compressed gas from a passage 11 for forcibly introducing gas is let flow through the means for generating air bubbles to form numerous superfine air bubbles 2 in filthy water inside the cell 1. These air bubbles provide the aqueous solution with the motion to promote the chemical treatment of the matter which has been extricated by chemical reaction after chemical treatment for the purification of the aqueous solution, and every one of the srufaces of the air bubbles adsorbs and sticks superfine dust in the aqueous solution and rises to the surface of filthy water. These floating air bubbles are discharged outside the cell by a tool 31 for adsorbing the air bubbles. As a result, chemical treatment for purification can be accelerated, and bulky to superfine dust can be concurrently discharged and removed.

Conventionally, the main equipment for cleaning sewage has been one that uses chemical reactions and a stirring process. The disadvantage of these conventional devices is that the aqueous solution can be purified by alkali, acid, etc. through a chemical reaction, but fine dust is liberated in the water, and particles of specific gravity settle in the aquarium and reduce the specific gravity. If there is no difference in the amount of water, it will stagnate in the water due to the effects of the water flow, water pressure, etc. in the aquarium.

之等を水槽中から排除することは容易でない。It is not easy to eliminate them from the aquarium.

The present invention has been researched and developed keeping in mind the ratio, and the present invention is capable of removing even fine dust that was previously difficult to remove, and is capable of removing filtration of conventional filters. It has an excellent effect in that it can easily remove even very delicate dust that previously could only be removed by using a vacuum cleaner.

The present invention will be described in detail. FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention. 1 is a tank for wastewater and cleaning treatment. 1
1 is a gas injection passage installed at the bottom of 1. When the compressed gas passes through the 12 porous ceramic chips, ultrafine bubbles from 0.001 microns are generated. These bubbles are present in countless numbers in the aqueous liquid. As a result, the aquarium is filled with air bubbles. These bubbles provide the water with movement that promotes further chemical treatment of the substances liberated by the chemical reaction after the chemical treatment for purification of the water, and at the same time, the surface of each bubble is absorbed into the water. It attracts extremely fine dust, adheres to it, and floats to the surface. In addition, the size of the bubbles in step 2 can be adjusted by adjusting the porous ceramic material in step 12.
It is also possible to make the bubbles in step 2 larger.

Therefore, it is possible for the air bubbles to adsorb and adhere to the surface of a relatively large amount of dust and float on the surface layer of the aqueous liquid. Therefore, dust that would otherwise settle at the bottom of the aquarium can be floated to the surface with the present invention.
