Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. エンジン１にて駆動される圧縮機３からの加圧冷媒を凝
    縮器４、膨張弁５、蒸発器６ならびに前記圧縮機３に亘
    って循環流動させるべく構成しであるエンジン駆動式ヒ
    ートポンプにおいて、エンジン排気温度が設定値以上に
    上昇したことを検出する装置９とエンジン冷却水温度が
    設定値以上に上昇したことを検出する装置１０とを設け
    るとともに、前記圧縮機３から膨張弁５に至るまでの高
    圧側冷媒流路部分と前記蒸発器６から圧縮機３に至るま
    での低圧側冷媒流路部分とに亘ってバイパス路１３を設
    け、このバイパス路１３に；前記雨検出装置９．１０が
    共に検出作動したときに自動的かつ可逆的に開動制御さ
    れる弁１４を介在させであることを特徴とするエンジン
    駆動式ヒートポンプ。
