DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a method and an apparatus for obtaining a continuous tube by rolling up films having thermoplastic resin layers on at least both the front and back surfaces and sealing the overlapped portions. To be more specific, the film is continuously pulled out from a roll of film that has been slit to a certain width, rolled into a cylinder, and the overlapping parts on both sides of the film are heated and sealed. The purpose is to do this continuously.

Conventionally, continuous sealing of cheap has been carried out on films with a resin layer that is difficult to melt on the surface and a resin layer on the inner surface. Methods include pressure sealing or heating and sealing with knurled rolls. However, most of them use the gassho-pasting method, and the envelope-pasting method is not used for continuous sealing.

With the gassho pasting method, the seals are exposed on the outside, which is good when manufacturing simple bags, but when used as the main body of a tube container, for example, the appearance is poor and the marketability is significantly lowered, so high-grade packaging materials or In some cases, the container lost its value.

Currently, items that are continuously sealed using the envelope pasting method are
For example, with a film that has paper scraps on the outside and a low-density polyethylene layer on the inside, the easily plasticized low-density polyethylene layer on the inner surface of the outer film side of the overlapping part is heated from the outside through the paper scraps to plasticize it. Another method is to inject plasticized resin into the paper layer on the inner side edge of the film.

However, the film having the above-mentioned structure has problems in that good surface properties cannot be obtained and the adhesive strength is also very weak. This is because as long as there is a layer on the outside that is difficult to plasticize, such as the paper mentioned above, there will always be a step in the seal area, and in the case of secondary processing such as printing or varnish coating, the pattern may be chipped or the varnish may This is because there is a problem in that it accumulates in the steps, making it impossible to form a uniform coating film, and furthermore, since it is weak in strength, it easily peels off from the seal area due to external pressure.

Therefore, the present inventor has developed a sealing method and manufacturing apparatus that is good in both appearance and strength by using a film that can be continuously sealed and has thermoplastic resin layers on at least both the front and back surfaces. After much research, we have come to provide the present invention. That is, the process of rolling a film whose front and back surfaces are made of thermoplastic resin layers into a cylindrical shape, then the process of heating the ends of the rolled film, and the process of sealing the overlapping parts of the ends of the film while regulating the winding diameter. In a method for manufacturing a continuous tube consisting of an inner film and an outer film at both ends of the rolled-up film, the film is wound around a winding mandrel while heating the overlapped portions on both sides of the rolled-up film. By opening the space between the film and blowing heated gas between both ends of the film, both ends of the film are heated, and while the winding diameter is controlled, the two ends inside and outside of the film are heated. By sealing the overlapped portion with two pressure rolls,
This is a method for manufacturing continuous tubes.

Next, when heating with a torch (7), the film end ta+ becomes inside and the film end (b) becomes outside 111Il.
Is there a gap without contact until the next pressurization process? Since it is necessary to open it, as shown in the cross-sectional view of Figure 6 (C), the inner film edge (al non-heated part (clY) with the claw (9) that presses it inward and the outer film edge (b) Nail +9 to keep the non-heated part of TDL in close contact with the winding mandrel (6)

Moreover, when the heated film ends (at, (bl) come into contact with the winding mandrel (6), the film ends (al, ()
BL is deprived of heat and the sealing performance is reduced, so the winding mandrel; 6) is inside'! The area near the passage of the film end (at) of No. 11 is made into a concave part ++ 4+. In this way, by making it easy for both ends of the film fal and (bl to separate inward and outward), parts that do not need to be fused can be wrapped. It is cooled by contact with the mandrel, and local heating is possible only near the edge where heating is sealed even if some heated gas flows to the non-heated area.
(at, (even if the temperature of BL is set high enough, the effect on other parts can be reduced), and since the film has firmness, wrinkles will not form (and the firmness of the film will decrease). Since only the heated film end tal, (1)l has the advantage of stabilizing the winding diameter of the tube, it is therefore preferable to keep the winding mandrel (6) cool. In the sealing process, as shown in Figure 4, the roll diameter is controlled by the claws protruding from both sides to prevent the film from loosening.
Pressurize and seal with two pressure rolls (10) provided on the inside. Here, the inner pressure roll (101) is difficult to cool, so it is preferable to use one that is heat resistant and has good sliding properties at high temperatures. On the other hand, the outer pressure roll (11) has a structure that can be cooled. and the edge of the heated film (
al, (blY) are stacked together and pressurized to fuse and cool sufficiently at the same time. The thus sealed tube is taken off to the left in the drawing by a take-off machine (not shown), so the film is continuously A sticker can be formed on the surface.

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus as described above, and includes, for example, a method for obtaining a cheese from a film whose front and back surfaces are made of thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene, by contacting the film with a heating bar as conventionally used. In the heating method, when a thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene is heated and melted, the film and the heating bar will not separate (unless it is cooled sufficiently, the film and the heating bar will not separate, resulting in a lack of stability, and The speed has to be slow. Also, the method of bringing heated rolls into contact and melting and sealing is also not practical at all, so currently both sides are sealed with a thermoplastic resin film that has approximately the same melting point. However, the present invention enables continuous sealing and stable sealing with excellent strength, and provides a method and apparatus for manufacturing tubes with high productivity. In addition, since molding can be performed at a uniform speed, for example,
The manufacturing method of the present invention has great advantages because it makes it easy to coat the film-wound tube with a resin cane line and to obtain a long tube. In addition, the device according to the present invention requires low accuracy of the sailor and other parts can be easily manufactured, so the device cost is very low and the winding diameter can be easily changed. . Furthermore, the manufacturing method and apparatus are also suitable for manufacturing toothpaste tubes, which are currently used for toothpaste tube containers and the like, and which include aluminum foil, paper, etc. and have thermoplastic resin on their inner and outer surfaces.
