Conventionally, in this type of heat exchanger tube device, each heat exchanger tube that meanders in the vertical direction is assembled into its casing, and then the inlet and outlet portions of each heat exchanger tube that protrude outside the casing are connected by headers. Therefore, there are space constraints when conducting water pressure tests on the connections between the header and each heat transfer tube, making it extremely difficult to perform water pressure tests.

Furthermore, since the heat exchanger tubes are assembled one by one to the casing, work efficiency is unavoidably low.

The purpose of this idea is to integrate the heat exchanger tube and header into a block so that water pressure tests can be easily performed outside the casing, and installation to the casing is also simple.

As described above, according to this invention, a plurality of heat exchanger tubes, together with an inlet header and an outlet header, are assembled into blocks in the wall material that forms a part of the casing of the heat exchanger tubes, so that the above-mentioned To easily perform a water pressure test on a connecting portion between each header and each heat exchanger tube at the most convenient place, and to improve workability by making it easier to assemble the heat exchanger tubes to a casing.

In addition, since the inlet and outlet portions of the heat exchanger tubes penetrate the wall material forming a part of the casing and are directly connected to the inlet header 12 and outlet header 13, good sealing performance is achieved.
It can also be used as a high-temperature, high-pressure heat exchanger tube.

Furthermore, adjacent heat exchanger tubes are connected at multiple places, and the lower part of the heat exchanger tube is fixed on the support beam in the casing with a support fitting, so that the heat exchanger tube is fixed in a block state. Even when installed in a location exposed to high-temperature gas flow or high-temperature radiant heat, it can sufficiently absorb the elongation of the heat exchanger tubes 5 due to thermal expansion, prevent bending or deformation of the heat exchanger tubes 5, and prevent vibrations and high-speed This has the effect of preventing deformation of the heat transfer tube due to gas flow.
