断面図である。 図中、１はフラックス槽本体、２は外槽、３は内槽、４
はナツト、５はボルト、６はタンク、７はポンプ、８は
供給パイプ、９．１１はバルブ、１０は還流パイプ、１
２は発泡管、１２ａは孔、１３は連通孔、１４はストッ
パ、１５はフランジ、１６は導通孔、Ｆはフラックス、
Ｐはプリント基板である。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 タンクから労針寸イブにより供給されたフラックスの液
    を貯溜し還流パイプにより前記フラックスの液を前記タ
    ンクへ還流するフラックス槽本体を外槽と内槽の２槽に
    形成し、前記内槽を前記外槽の内部に隔離して設け、前
    記内槽に多孔質の発泡管と前記外槽と前記内槽との間を
    前記フラックスの液が連通ずる連通孔とを設け、さらに
    前記連通孔に嵌合し内部に前記供給パイプに直接連通ず
    る導通孔を形成した着脱自在のストッパを備えた。 こと番特徴とす−るフラックス塗布装置。
