図中、１はフラックス槽本体、２は外槽、３は内槽、４
はナツト、５はボルト、６はタンク、７はポンプ、８は
供給パイプ、９．１１はバルブ、１０は還流パイプ、１
２は発泡管、１２ａは孔、１３は連通孔、１４はストッ
パ、１５はフランジ、１６は導通孔、Ｆはフラックス、

Claims (1)
