せしめ(第1図(a) ) 、次でこれに熱を加えて半
ゲル化せしめる(第1図(b))。ここで半ゲル化とは
ポリ塩化ピニルリル(2)が流動性をなくす程度のゲル
化を意味する。次にこの突き板単板il+を上下一対の
エンボスロールf3+ +31闇に通して、突き板単板
filに凹凸(4)を付与する(第1図(C))。この

る。加えて、突き板単板へのポリ塩化ごニルゾルの含浸
ゲル化で突き板単板の表面にはポリ塩化ビニルの硬度が
現われることKなり、化粧単板の表面硬度を向上させる
ことができるものである。
