    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 相互に結合される一対のフランジの一方を、これと同心
    状の円周面上で外周リング体と内周リング体とに二分割
    するとともに、外周リング体を内周リング体に対して同
    心状に嵌合する位置とその後退位置との間で進退自在に
    構成し、この外周リング体と他方のフランジとの間に、
    これらを相互に芯出しするテーパ状の相対嵌合部を設け
    るとともに、上記外周リング体と他方のフランジとをそ
    れらの対向面が相互に当接するように結合させた状態で
    は、上記一対のフランジに各別に設けられた配管の各内
    周面を面一状に連続させる内周面を備えたシール部材を
