Description

【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は、従来の静電容量形近接スイッチの縦断面図で
ある。第２図は、改良した静電容量形近接スイッチの縦
断面図である。第３図は、第２図に示した静電容量形近
接スイッチの検出用電極付近を示す斜視図である。第４
図は、この考案にかかる静電容量形近接スイッチの検出
用電極付近の第１の実施例を示す側面図、第５図はその
下方か、ら見た平面図である。第６図および第７図は、
この考案にかかる静電容量形近接スイッチの検出用電極
付近の第２および第３の実施例を示す平面図である。第
８図はこの考案にかかる静電容量形近接スイッチの検出
用電極付近の第４の実施例を示す縦断面図、第９図はそ
の横断面を下方から見た図である。 図において、１は有底円筒形樹脂ケース、２は検出用電
極、２１・・・銅箔、２２は基材、２３は開口部、３は
リード、４は回路部、５はプリント１板、５１は金属パ
ターン、５１１は半田付は部、況　　５２は先端部、７
は樹脂、７１は発泡樹脂、１゜は半田である。

Claims (9)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）筒形樹脂ケース内の底部に検出用電極を配すると
    もにこの電極に接続された回路部を前記ケース内に収納
    し、前記底部の電極周辺に発泡樹脂を充填し、かつ前記
    ケース内部の他の部分に非発泡樹脂を充填してなる静電
    容量形近接スイッチであって、 前記回路部が金属パターンを有するプリンタ基板に設け
    られていて、 前記プリント基板の先端部に前記検出用電極が直接取付
    けられていて、 前記金属パターンと前記検出用電極とが電気的に接続さ
    れている、静電容量形近接スイッチ。
  2. （２）前記先端部に検出用電極がほぼ直角に取付けられ
    ている、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の静電容量
    形近接スイッチ。
  3. （３）前記先端部の前記金属パターンを極力細くした、
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項記載の静電
    容量形近接スイッチ。
  4. （４）前記先端部付近に前記回路部の部品を配置しない
    、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項ないし第３項のいずれ
    かに記載の静電合量形近接スイッチ。
  5. （５）前記先端部が、前記回路部の部品を配置した部分
    より狭い、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項ないし第４項
    のいずれかに記載の静電容量形近接スイッチ。
  6. （６）前記検出用電極に開口部が開けられていて、前記
    先端部が前記開口部に挿入されている、実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第５項記載の静電容量形近接スイッチ。
  7. （７）前記検出用電極が金属のみからなる、実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項ないし第６項のいずれかに記載の静
    電容量形近接スイッチ。
  8. （８）前記金属が黄銅である、実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第７項記載の静電容量形近接スイッチ。
  9. （９）前記開口部を開けるときに直角方向に折曲げられ
    た当該開口部の金属を、前記金属パターンとの接続端子
    として用いる、実用新案登録請求の範囲第７項または第
    ８項記載の静電容量形近接スイッチ。
