めに、ボール紙などの厚紙やカールなどしている紙ぐせ
の悪い印刷紙の場合には、完全に吸着することができず
、紙当て部に強く当り、印刷紙の先端部を破損したり汚
れ現象が生じるなどの印刷上の問題や、更に排紙部に積
載された印刷紙をそのまま断裁したり打抜きなどの加工
ができず、これがために排紙部に積載された印刷紙の積
み直しをしなければならないなど経済的にも問題点があ
った。

させ、少なくともベルトの速度が印刷紙の速度より減速
されるようにギヤーの回転を減速させ、かつ版胴および
ゴム胴が一回転するごとにベルトも一回転することと、
印刷紙の咬尻がベルトの吸引穴の吸引範囲を通過した後
に、最初の吸引穴が吸引盤上にくるように穴の位置を設
定することを条件としたことによって、いかなる印刷紙
であっても確実に吸引でき、紙積台に印刷紙を良好に送
り込むことのできることを目的とした枚葉印刷機排紙機
構に於ける印刷紙の吸引装置を提供することができる。

で優れた教葉印肩機の排紙機構に於ける印刷紙吸引装置
と云える。
