Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the application of strain stress to a substrate when the regulator is set up by forming a notch section to a radiator plate. CONSTITUTION:The voltage regulator, which is directly mounted to the body, etc. of a car and used, has a case 1, a central section thereof is hollow, pipe rivets 2, 3 caulking the case 1 and the radiator plate 5, a connectror housing 4, the radiator plate 5 with approximately the same form as the back of the case and the substrate 6. The substrate 6 is manufactured by disposing an IC circuit element onto a ceramic substrate through printing or soldering, constitutes an IC regulator circuit, and is bonded with the radiator plate 5 with adhesives having exellent thermal conduction. The pipe sections of the rivets 2, 3 function as the mounting holes of an IC regulator. The notch section 9-11 are formed near the holes of the radiator plate 5. 本発明は上記欠点を解決する為に、別置型発電(1) 機側電圧レギュレータであって、レギュレータ回路素子
搭載用の基板を冷却する為の放熱板を、電圧レギュレー
タの取り付はステーと兼用するようにして車両への放熱
を良好にし、かつレギュレータ取付時に歪応力が前記基
板に加わるのを防止する為に放熱板の取り付は部近くに
切欠き部を設もすて小型,軽量の電圧レギュレータを提
供することを目的とするものである。
