Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to control combustion of a bath boiler from a bathroom without providing a remote control means or the like in the bathroom, by providing a pressure-sensitive means at an intermediate portion of a circulation pipe, and controlling combustion of the bath boiler in response to the output signal of the pressure-sensitive means. CONSTITUTION:A bathtub 4 and a heat exchanger 2 in a bath boiler 1 are connected with each other via circulation pipes 5, 6, and a pressure-sensitive means 10 consisting of a diaphragm 12 having a pin 13 and a micro-switch 14 having a contact 15 is provided at an intermediate portion of the low-pressure circulation pipe 5, so that combustion of a burner 3 can be controlled through opening and closing of the micro-switch 14. With such an arrangement, combustion of the bath furnace 1 is controlled by operating the pressure-sensitive means 10 by developing a pressure P at the inlet of the circulation pipe 5 by forcing water into the pipe 5 manually or like, and thereby causing ON-OFF switching of the micro-switch 4.

The use of this bath kettle is as follows: 1. Normally there is a remote control box (
7) or, as shown in FIG. 2, in most cases, an operating section <91 was provided on the wall (8) of the bathroom. Therefore, in order to install a bath kettle,
Completely penetrate the wall (8) and insert the operation section (9" or remote control (7)
), and when the remote control (7) is installed in an atmosphere with a lot of water or steam, such as in a bathroom, prevention of electrical leakage is an important issue. For this reason, the structure of the remote control (7) was also subject to restrictions, leading to higher costs.

In order to improve these drawbacks, the present invention relates to a method that allows the combustion of a bathtub to be controlled from within the bathroom without providing an operating unit or a remote control in the bathroom.

In the figure, the main body of the Allij pressure sensing device has a connecting pipe member on the side surface that communicates the inside of the main body with the inside of the circulation pipe (5). C2 is a diaphragm with a bottle A3 attached to the center, and I is a microswitch with a contact that opens and closes depending on the bottle.

Next, the operation will be explained. First, when fluid pressure is applied from the connecting pipe (5) as indicated by arrow P, the diaphragm az provided inside the main body is pushed to the left in Fig. 4. Irvin U presses the contact point (c) of micro switch A4, and micro switch Q4 turns O.
Do N. When the fluid pressure is removed, diaphragm Q3 returns to the right and microswitch I turns OFF. In order to control the bathtub using this signal, for example, when the ON signal is output once, the combustion is turned on and the self-holding circuit continues the combustion. Therefore, even if the pressure is removed, combustion continues.1 Next, when microswitch I issues an ON signal, combustion is completely stopped. Then, in order to turn the combustion ON'E to 0FIF, all you need to do is to apply pressure to the α value of the pressure sensitive device. To do this, attach the opening of the circulation pipe (5) in the bathtub (4) as shown in Figure 3. This can be controlled by, for example, pushing water in by hand to generate pressure in the direction indicated by arrow P.

To start boiling, pressurize the inlet of the circulation pipe (5) using the C2 force method as in the previous example, and pressurize the inlet of the circulation pipe (5) using the pressure sensitive device α1'iON.
let At this time, the pump aη is rotated and combustion is also started at the same time. The water in the bath is circulated by the circulation force generated by the rotation of the pump, and at the same time it is possible to continue applying pressure to the pressure sensitive device. Therefore, combustion may be performed when the pressure sensitive device is in the ON state.

To stop combustion, if you close the inlet of the circulation pipe (5) with your hand, the circulation of water will stop and the load on the pump will be removed. If you do this, pressurization of pressure sensitive device 4 will be done by pump a.
It is removed at the same time as η stops.

As described above, according to the present invention, the ON-01FF control of the bathtub can be performed only by manual operation from inside the bathroom.
Safety can be ensured without providing an operating unit or remote control inside the bathtub, and there is no need for complicated wiring work, which is a great effect.
