Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. コリメータのスリットを介して放射線を試料に照射して
    内部構造を測定する装置において、この試料の内部材質
    差による通過放射線量の最大値に相当する出力電圧の最
    大値をホールドするピーク−ホールド回路と前記ピーク
    電圧を割算する割算回路と前記割算された電圧を保持す
    るホールド回路とよりなる。自動しきい値電圧設定装置
    を具備した事を特徴とする放射線測定装置。　　。
