Claims (1)
- トランジスタのコレクタ・エミッタ間に順方向の電圧を
かけ、その漏れ電流を測定する回路において、前記トラ
ンジスタのベース・エミッタ間に、コレクタ・ベース間
の漏れ電流が少なくとも定常値に達するまでベース・エ
ミッタ間を短絡する手段を設けたととを特徴とするトラ
ンジスタの漏れ電流測定回路。
