Abstract

PURPOSE:To lighten the weight of a printer, and to reduce its cost by driving the shift of a printing ribbon and the feeding of the printing ribbon by one motor in the printer such as a typewriter. CONSTITUTION:A pawl 13a integrally turned is mounted to a gear 13 decelerating the revolution of the ribbon-feed motor 14, the pawl 13a is fitted to a ribbon winding shaft 7c projected from a cassette 7, and torque is transmitted to the cassette 7 side by the revolution of the gear 13 and the ribbon 7a is fed. る。キャリッジ6は第2図に示したようにレールシャフ
ト10に治って不図示のgIA動機構を介し、左右に移
動することができる。このキャリッジ3のプラテン6と
対向する前方部にハンマー4が取り付けられておりこの
ハンマー4の前方には先端に活字を円周方向に配列した
花弁型活字輪5が回転可能に取付けられている。キャリ
ッジ3の上部には印字用カセット7が取付けられている

ング図を第5崗に示す。印字の直前と直後の2回、1/
2ピツチずつ印字リボンを送るようにモーターが駆動さ
れる。即ち最初のパルスで上方シフト、後のパルスで下
方シフトを行なう。これにより印字時のみ印字リボンが
シフトされていて他の時間は下に降りている。またリボ
ンの上方シフト期間中はモーターか停止しているのでリ
ボン送りは停止する。
