  1. 電子部品の外筐と放熱板上を電気的に絶縁することなく
    熱伝導自在に密着して連結し、前記放熱板と金属材によ
    る支持部材とを絶縁材により電気的に絶縁しつつ連結し
    たことを特徴とする電子部品取付装置。
