により形成される駆動コイルと、該第1および第2の歯
形との間の対向空隙に一定のバイアス磁界を形成するた
めに径方向に磁化されて単位の固定子側に同軸円筒状に
形成された永久磁石と、から成る駆動部組立体の2組を
1対として同軸上に直列に設けられ、1方の組の永久磁
石が径方向外側に磁化され他方の−組の永久磁石が径方
向内側に磁化される磁気組立体を少なくとも1組具備し
、該固定4側に形成された永久磁石の外側に設けられそ
れぞれの永久磁石に共通の磁路を形成する固定子側ヨー
ク部材と該単位の回転子の共通回転軸を形成する回転子
側ヨーク部材とにより該駆動組立体のループ磁路が形成
