DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing decorative boards. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing a decorative board in which the shading of the spring-grained portion and the summer-grained portion in the board grain pattern is bright and without the occurrence of cracks.

Conventionally, decorative boards with a grain pattern (hereinafter referred to as "grain decoration!") are produced by impregnating a black veneer with a grain pattern 1 (hereinafter referred to as "grain veneer") with a thermosetting resin. After curing, C is manufactured by heat-pressing and integrating with a base plate such as wood plywood using an adhesive, or without curing, using an adhesive as necessary. However, when producing decorative boards using this method, cracks occur on the surface of the decorative board during the heat pressing process, which tends to make the product grainy. There was a problem that the aesthetic appearance was spoiled by the striped pattern unique to veneer.

As a result of intensive studies to solve such interlayer problems, the inventors of the present invention have determined that the spring part of the veneer is fixed by pressing the grained veneer on the tuna impregnated with a thermosetting resin using a press or the like. The inventors have also discovered that rupturing the cell membrane of the summer part is effective in solving the above-mentioned interlayer problem, and have completed the present invention.

That is, in the present invention, a wooden veneer having a grain pattern is compressed to destroy cell membranes in both the spring and summer parts, and then impregnated with a thermosetting resin and causticized to obtain a resin-impregnated veneer. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a decorative board, which is characterized in that the decorative board is integrated with a base board through an adhesive after hardening, or without a hardening process, through an adhesive as necessary.

In the method of the present invention, the method of pressing the grained veneer to destroy cell membranes in the spring and summer areas generally includes a method using a roll or a press. When using rolls, the pressure of pressing can be adjusted by adjusting the gap between the rolls, and when using a regular board-veneer with a thickness of 0.8 to 1.6M, the gap between the rolls can be adjusted by adjusting the gap between the rolls and the thickness of the veneer. It is desirable to adjust the pressure so that the amount is O8l to 0.2WIl less than the actual amount. Further, when using a press, the pressure is usually at least 10 su/d.

The pressed grained veneer is then impregnated with a hardening resin. The method of impregnating the resin with ink is not particularly restricted, and may be carried out by conventionally known methods under normal pressure, reduced pressure, increased pressure, or a combination thereof.

The resin-impregnated veneer can then be integrated by bonding it to the base plate using an adhesive after the impregnated resin is cured, or alternatively, it is necessary to leave the impregnated resin as is without curing it. The tree layer-impregnated veneer and the base plate are integrated by stacking them on the base plate, and then hot-pressing and crimping them under conventionally known conditions.
