2. Description of the Related Art A resin-impregnated paper is laminated on both sides of a base material such as a particle board, a plywood, and an MDF, and placed between hot plates above and below a hot press, and both sides are simultaneously hot-pressed. A method for producing a double-sided decorative board is known. The resin-impregnated paper used is a paper, cloth, a base sheet such as a non-woven fabric, immersed in a thermosetting resin such as a melamine resin, a diallyl phthalate resin, and an unsaturated polyester resin, and the resin is in an uncured state. Solvent is volatilized and dried, and it is laminated on both sides of the base material such as plywood, and heated and pressed with a hot plate to simultaneously form the surface film by curing the resin and adhere to the base material. Thereby, a double-sided decorative board is manufactured. Hot-press molding is also carried out by interposing an uneven plate having an uneven pattern such as a mirror plate or a satin pattern on the surface between the hot platen and the surface of the laminate.

The curing speed of a thermosetting resin can be adjusted by various methods. For example, in the case of a melamine resin, by controlling the type and amount of an acidic catalyst (mixing ratio of a curing suppressing type and a curing accelerating type), In diallyl phthalate resin, by controlling the amount of heat and organic peroxide,
Adjustment of the curing speed is performed. The length of heating time greatly affects the time required for one cycle of hot pressing.
In order to increase the productivity of decorative plywood, it is desired that the heating time be short. However, in the above-described production method, a resin having a high curing rate as the thermosetting resin (for example, in the case of a melamine resin, a curing time of 20 to 30). When about (seconds) is used, the curing of the resin on the lower surface side of the base material progresses more than necessary within the touch time, and during that time, the resin flows poorly because the pressing force is not applied, and the decorative board In some cases, the uneven pattern on the surface does not clearly appear or the surface coating has an uneven thickness.

[0005] Therefore, conventionally, when manufacturing a double-sided decorative board, the decorative face on the front side and the back side are performed in separate steps (two steps), or when simultaneous double-sided hot-press molding is performed, the touch time is limited. A thermosetting resin (hardening time of about 40 to 45 seconds in the case of a melamine resin) is used in which the thermosetting hardly progresses and the curing speed is reduced so that substantial hardening starts after the pressing starts. Obviously, this was an obstacle to improving productivity.

[0006] An object of the present invention is to provide a production method which solves the above-mentioned disadvantages of the conventional method for producing a double-sided decorative board, and more specifically, to provide a production method of a double-sided veneer without reducing the surface properties. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for producing a double-sided decorative board that can simultaneously perform hot-press molding on both sides during a heating time. Another object of the present invention is to provide a double-sided decorative board manufactured by such a manufacturing method.

The method for producing a double-faced decorative board according to the present invention for achieving the above object is basically composed of:
A laminate in which a decorative sheet layer, an adhesive layer, a base material, an adhesive layer, and an uncured thermosetting resin layer are stacked in this order, and the upper and lower thermal It is placed between boards, and both sides are simultaneously molded by hot pressure. In the present invention, as the base material, any of those used as a base material of a conventional decorative plywood can be used, and a particle board, a plywood, an MDF or the like can be used arbitrarily. The thickness is also arbitrary, but is preferably about 9 mm to 15 mm from the viewpoint of general use as a decorative panel for furniture.

The uncured thermosetting resin layer may be a layer made of a resin-impregnated paper, or may be a layer made of a resin-coated paper in which a base sheet is coated with a resin for impregnation. In any case, the thermosetting resin used may be a melamine resin, a diallyl phthalate resin, an unsaturated polyester resin, or the like. Melamine resins are particularly preferred because of their surface properties, especially high surface hardness and good sharpness of surface irregularities. These resins are used by appropriately adjusting the curing speed by a conventionally known method as described above. In the present invention, it is possible to use those resins having a reduced curing time, Can be used for about 20 to 30 seconds.

In the case of using a resin-impregnated paper, a base sheet such as paper, cloth, non-woven fabric or the like is immersed in these thermosetting resins and dried in an uncured state. As the base sheet, a conventionally known base sheet used for resin-impregnated paper can be used as appropriate, and for example, titanium paper (preferably about 80 g / m 2 ), tissue paper (preferably 30 to 50 g) / m 2 about one), the inter-titanium oxide-containing paper reinforced paper (preferably, 30 to 50 g / m 2 of about one), papermaking sheet (preferably, may be used 60~120G / m 2 about one), etc. .

The resin impregnation amount is, for example, 50 to 6 in resin content (RC) in the case of melamine resin impregnation.
About 0% (uncured) is preferable. When RC is 50% or less, the effect of bonding to the base material cannot be sufficiently maintained, and
%, The curing time is prolonged, which hinders improvement in productivity. In the case of using resin-coated paper, the above-mentioned type of thermosetting resin is coated on the surface of base paper (printing paper) such as titanium paper, inter-sheet reinforced paper, thin paper, etc. Use For example, in the case of a melamine resin coating, the coating amount is preferably 30 to 40% by RC. If the content is 30% or less, sufficient surface properties such as surface hardness cannot be obtained, and if it is 40% or more, excessive supply is required in terms of quality, resulting in an increase in cost.

In the case where the value of is lowered, an adhesive layer is further provided between the base material and the base material as necessary, regardless of the case using resin-impregnated paper or the case using resin-coated paper. The adhesive is appropriately selected according to the type of the thermosetting resin and the base material.

A laminate is prepared by laminating the decorative sheet layer, the adhesive layer, the base material, and, if necessary, the adhesive layer and the uncured thermosetting resin layer in this order. Is placed on a hot plate below a conventionally known hot press, and the hot plates are brought close to each other, and heating and pressing are performed in the same manner as in the production of a conventional double-sided decorative board. A mirror plate or an uneven plate may be arranged between the hot platen and the laminate according to the surface characteristics required for the decorative plate to be manufactured.

After the hot press treatment, the pressure is released and the treated laminate is taken out from between the hot plates, whereby the double-faced decorative board according to the present invention is obtained. In the present invention, the curing time of the thermosetting resin layer is not particularly limited. However, according to the production method of the present invention, since the thermosetting resin is not heated under no pressure, even when a thermosetting resin having a high curing speed is used, poor resin flow occurs during curing. Can be avoided, and good surface properties can always be obtained. Therefore, it is possible to use a resin-impregnated paper or a resin-coated paper with a shortened curing time as the upper surface side decorative sheet,
A reduction in processing time is achieved.

[Discussion] As can be seen from the examples and comparative examples, in the production method of the present invention, the thermosetting resin is used only on the upper surface of the base material and the lower surface is made of precoated paper. Even if a thermosetting resin having a high speed (curing time: 20 to 30 seconds) is used, no resin flow failure occurs at the time of curing, and good surface properties can be obtained on both front and back surfaces. In the case of Comparative Example 1, the surface property of the lower surface was insufficient due to the use of a thermosetting resin having a high curing speed (curing time: about 20 seconds) on the lower surface. Uses a thermosetting resin only on the upper surface, but the urethane precoated paper bonded to the lower surface is discolored by prolonged heating because the thermosetting resin having a slow curing speed is used.

According to the present invention, it is possible to use a resin-impregnated paper or a resin-coated paper whose curing time has been shortened as a decorative sheet layer on the upper surface side, thereby greatly reducing the manufacturing time of a double-sided decorative sheet by simultaneous hot-press molding. And increase productivity.
