Water-absorbent fabric is layered on the underside of the mulched film, and the capillary action is used to distribute water over the entire surface of the soil. However, it is difficult to maintain soil moisture for a long time, and it is difficult to maintain a constant moisture level in the soil.

Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, this invention is a soil covering sheet used in agricultural mulching cultivation in which water-absorbing fabric is superimposed on the bottom surface of the mulch film. A water-absorbent fabric is formed by layering a felt-like material with a high water content, and this water-absorbent fabric is superimposed on the mulch film so that the felt-like material is in contact with the bottom surface of the mulch film. The purpose is to ensure that irrigation continues for a long period of time, to ensure that the soil always has a constant level of moisture, and to prevent water evaporation and further improve the heat retention effect of the soil.

This multi-film 1 is formed by superimposing a water-absorbing fabric B, which is made by layering a felt-like material 2 with high water retention and a cloth-like material 3 with high water absorption, so that the felt-like material 2 faces the bottom surface of the multi-film 1. has been done.

Further, the mulch film 1 and the water-absorbent fabric B may be integrated or separated, and can be selected arbitrarily depending on the circumstances at the manufacturing stage, on-site construction stage, etc.

This invention has been stolen as described above, and the soil cover sheet)
Lay the soil covering sheet (A) so that the cloth-like material 3 of A is in contact with the nozzle part 5 of the sprinkler pipe 4, and send water etc. into the sprinkler pipe 4 with a pump etc., and the water etc. will also flow out from the nozzle part 5. Then, water or the like permeates into the soil through the water-absorbent fabric B, and the crops 6 and the like are irrigated.

Therefore, in a soil covering sheet used in agricultural mulching cultivation in which a water-absorbing fabric is superimposed on the bottom surface of a mulch film, a cloth-like material 3 with high water absorption and a felt-like material 2 with high water retention are superimposed. form a water-absorbent fabric B,
This water-absorbing fabric B is superimposed on the mulch film 1 so that the cloth-like material 2 is in contact with the lower surface of the mulch film 1, so water flowing out from the nozzle part 5 can be sucked up by the cloth-like material 3. The water etc. absorbed by this cloth-like material 3 can be absorbed by the felt-like material 2 and stored within the felt-like material 2, and the water etc. can sufficiently permeate the entire water-absorbent fabric B to reach a saturated state. In this case, the cloth-like material 3 allows the water stored in the felt-like material 2 to permeate the entire surface of the soil and irrigate the crops 6, etc., thereby efficiently and uniformly watering the entire surface of the soil. It can be carried out.

In particular, since water, etc. is stored in the felt-like material 2, there is no need to continuously send water, etc. to the sprinkler pipe 4, and the water, etc. stored in the felt-like material 2 can be stored depending on how dry the soil is. Since the soil is irrigated little by little through the cloth-like material 3 according to the water-absorbent material 3, once the entire water-absorbent fabric B is sufficiently soaked with water, the soil can be irrigated automatically for a long period of time. At the same time, the soil can maintain constant moisture.

Furthermore, since the water-absorbing fabric B is superimposed on the lower surface of the mulch film 1, evaporation of water can be prevented, and the heat retention effect of the soil can also be improved.

Moreover, the felt-like material 2 containing water etc. has improved heat insulating properties, and the water etc. is heated by irradiation with the sun, so the heat retention effect of the soil can be further improved, and the heat retention effect of the agricultural products 6 etc. can be further improved. It will be useful for promoting development.

In addition, since the water-absorbent fabric B and the mulch film 1 only need to be overlapped, the soil covering sheet A) can be easily laid.

As explained above, according to the present invention, irrigation for agricultural mulching cultivation is carried out efficiently and reliably over a long period of time, and the effect of preventing moisture evaporation and keeping the soil warm is improved, so that the harvest of agricultural products can be improved. It is very useful for increasing the quantity and speeding up the harvest, and since it has a simple structure, it can be provided at low cost, and has extremely beneficial effects in practical terms.
