CONSTITUTION:When a special number for information of a telephone number is selected by a telephone TEL, a central controller CC receives the selected number via an originating register trunk ORT and a scannner SCN. Then the controller CC gives a command to a telephone driving device SC to release a channel P1 which is set at a circuit network NW.
