、分岐管5を流通する半導電層用の材料の流量を別個に
調節し得るようにしたのである。

ることなく、はぼ−定の吐出量にすることができ、従っ
て内外の半導電層の寸法に適した均質な押出被覆にする
ことができ好適である。
