Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数の炉頂バンカーと、集合シュート５とを具え、旋回
    シュート３を介して高炉内へ原料を装入するベルレス高
    炉の原料装入装置において、炉頂バンカー１には質量計
    ７および圧力計８を、また集合シュート５の下方には音
    響センサーもしくは振動計９をそれぞれ設けると共に、
    前記質量計７と音響センサーもしくは振動計９からの出
    力信号で排出終了時を検知して実排出時間Ｔ、を求める
    排出時間計時装置１１と、設定排出時間Ｔｉ’Ｐ出力す
    る排出時間設定器１５と、実排出時間Ｔｔと設定排出時
    間Ｔとを比較してその差にもとづいて流調ゲート開度を
    制御する排出時間制御装置１６とを設けてなることを特
    徴とするベルレス高炉の原料装入装置。
