Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable effective collection of high-pressure air without solution by compressing internal air through the depth-of-water hydraulic pressure of a hydraulic-pressure receiving pipe and by collecting the tight-pressure air in a main high-pressure air tank.
CONSTITUTION: By opening of ventilating water valve 9a, the water in a deep water sleeve 1 is lifted through a hydraulic pressure receiving pipe 7, a lower ventilating main water pipe 5, and a ventilating main water pipe 8, 8...8a. On the other hand, the water in the deep water sleeve 1 is reduced, so water is charged from a charging pipe 4 until the depth of water reaches H required. As a result, where internal air pressure becomes equal to atmospheric pressure Po, the air is compressed by the depth-of-water hydraulic pressure (Po+PH) of the hydraulic pressure receiving pipe 7 and high-pressure P is collected in a high- pressure tank 11, thus high-pressure air without pollution can be wllasted effectively.
