Abstract
NEW MATERIAL:Compounds of formula I (R is alkoxy, alkyl, nitro, cyano, acetamino, alkylthio).
EXAMPLE: 5-o-Methoxybenzoyloxy-4-carbamoylimidazole.
USE: Medicine: they have antiviral, antimyotic, antimyotic and carcinostatic activities and dissociate in vivo into 4-carbamoylimidazolium-5-oleate for a long period of time.
