Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify constitution and to perform an analysis of blood sugar of sample blood in a short time by utilizing a microcomputer effectively for the analysis of blood sugar of sample blood. CONSTITUTION:A clock signal obtained from an oscillator 31 is differentiated by a circuit 32, whose output is supplied as a restart instruction signal (a) to a microcomputer CPU. Then, the CPU interrupts a main sequence program (b) and starts a timer program (c). At this time, the sequence program stores a memory with various time data required for an analyzing meter, such as the flashing cycle of a display lamp, the reaction time of a sample, the washing time of a sample having been measured, etc. The timer program performs the arithmetic processing of the contents of the various time data stored in the memory on the basis of the point in time when the restart pulse is received, and updates the contents successively. The sequence program is provided with a program which monitors each time data stored in the memory, and time measurement and control are performed by the program.
