Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the size small and to increase the performance, by connecting an inner conductor to a ground conductor by using a grounding conductor extending a part of the inner conductor and adhering the inner conductor with a dielectric substance base. CONSTITUTION:A metallic foil frame 31 forming a high frequency pattern is formed with a part being an inner conductor such as each 1/4 wavelength resonance line 32 and an input and output energizing line 33 and the like and a part being a grounding conductor extending the inner conductor unifiedly. A part of the frame 31 being the inner conductor is clipped with up and down by the 1st and 2nd dielectric substance bases 36, 37 for adhesion. Thereafter, the input and output energizing line 33 is disconnected from the metallic foil frame 31 and the part of other frame 31 is cut off by leaving a grounding conductor 35. The grounding conductor 35 formed at this time is folded and grounded to ground conductors 38, 39 formed at the back of the dielectric substance bases 36, 37. This is inserted to a conductive package main body 40 of box type and sealed with a conductive package cover 41 to constitute a digital type filter.
