Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce installation cost while improving operational efficiency by assembling sequentially a plurality of different assembly parts on a single line during the process of assembling and docking said parts. CONSTITUTION:Assembly jigs 15, 16... corresponding to a plurality of assembly part A, B... such as parts for brake assembly and axle assembly are arranged alternately on a same transport conveyer 20 to assemble the respective assembly parts A, B... on the respective jigs transported with a predetermined speed, while the respective assembly parts A, B... are subjected to docking on one of said assembly jigs 15, 16 to carry out the final assemblage after the completion of assembling the respective assembly parts.
