An NWC monitors the connection control of a SW and the signal reception of a REC. These controllers are connected to a C-BUS. The C-BUS is provided with an ORSUB, TMSUB, ATCTL and MSCTL separately. The ORSUB and TMSUB respectively control the outgoing and incoming operation of a TEL of a subscriber. The ATCTL controls attendant boards. Further, te MSCTL controls the call for 3<= subscribers at each subscriber when an interruption is given during the call between two subscribers.
