CONSTITUTION:When a telephone line LA is busy, the busy tone is detected at a busy tone detection section 13A, a switch 21A is activated via 3-AND 18A, OR gate 19A, and a transmission MODEM6 is connected to a telephone line LB being not busy. A semi-duplex mode switching control signal S6 is given to a transmission control step control section PTCC5 to switch the transmission mode from the full-duplex to the semi-dumplex wave. If both telephone lines LA, LB are busy, the logical sum of an AND15 is established, a signal S9 is generated from an OR gate 14 and inputted to a re-dial control circuit 11. The circuit 11 outputs re-dial instruction signals S10A and S10B after 3 minutes and re-callout is made to a facsimile device.
