Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily perform a pressure resistance test, by moving 2 disk members whose diameter is smaller than that of a rubber hose fixed to both ends of a connecting member, to a position placing the same diameter connecting part between the disk members, in the rubber hose, clamping and fixing its outside circumference with a band from the outside, and injecting a pressurized fluid into a space between the disks. CONSTITUTION:In case when a rubber hose 1A is connected in the same diameter to a rubber hose 1, a testing device body 9 is inserted into the rubber hose 1 in advance, and a rope 12 and a pipe 5 for pressurizing are stretched in advance to the outside of an end part 10 of the rubber hose 1A. After the same diameter connection, the testing device 9 is moved through the rope 12 to a position where the same diameter connection part 2 is placed between disk members 3, 3A, the outside circumferential part of the disk members 3, 3A is clamped by bands 7, 7A, ''0'' rings 4, 4A are made to tightly adhere to the inside circumference of the rubber hoses 1, 1A, and after that, a pressurized fluid is fed into a pressure space 8, and the leakage of the same diameter connection part 2 is hecked. In this way, the pressure resistance test is performed easily.
