Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain an influencing coefficient necessary for balancing with one operation by sequentially separating test weights at a specified balancing rate as previously housed in a weight chamber provided on a pluraity of balancing surfaces of a rotating body such as turbine rotor. CONSTITUTION:When a turbine rotor 200 is rotaed, the shaft vibration of a bearing 201 is detected with a vibration pick up 100. After being amplified 102, the output thereof is inputted into an unbalanced vibration analyzer 103. Unbalance component of the vibration frequency synchronous to the rotational frequency is taken out and the amplitude and the phase of the unbalanced vibration is outputted to a computer 104, which calculates the balancing influencing coefficient or the balancing weight to be outputted to a typewriter 105. Here, to obtain the influencing coefficient, balancing weights are mounted to a mount groove 204 on balancing surfaces 202A, 202B and 203 while a test weight 304 is housed in a weight chamber 302 adapted to be opened or closed with a plate spring 305.
