Abstract
PURPOSE:To achieve driving control with high speed and good response, by storing information regulating mobile state at mobile position and reading it out through the designation of a counter, in supplying driving pulses to a servo device moving a tool. CONSTITUTION:A memory 10 consists of an RAM storing mobile state control information of a tool. Each address of the memory 10 stores the speed set information and the direction set information of each position of the tool to the elapse of mobile time of the tool. A control section 11 supplies write-in and readout control signal R/W. A pulse counter 12 designates the address of the memory 10 by taking the count value of itself as the readout address information when the memory 10 is set to a readout state. The read-out direction set information HS is transmitted to a servo device. On the other hand, the speed set information is D/A-converted 13, V/F-converted 14 and the frequency pulses are given to the servo device as the driving pulses PS. The pulses PS pulses up the counter 12 to read out the speed and direction set information newly and sequentially from the memory 10.
