Abstract
PURPOSE:To clarify the ground color and pattern of an aluminum material by dipping the aluminum material formed with anodic oxidation film in an aqueous dye solution to color the ground, then contacting and transferring a thin transfer film using oily ink in a special structure and removing the film and sealing the pores. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum material 4 formed with anodic oxidation film 41 is washed with water, and is then dipped in aqueous dye 5 preferably in hot bath before the material is dried, thereby coloring the material. Then, the material 4 is removed from the dye, is washed with water, and is dried at a temperature for not sealing the ultrafine pores 41a. On the other hand, a thin film 2 printed with pattern in advance with oily ink 6 is preferably activated for the pattern with an activating solvent or the like, and the printing surface 2a of the film 2 and the film 41 of the material 4 are contacted hydraulically via a transfer unit 3 to permeate the ink of the surface 2a to the pores 41a of the film 41. Thereafter, the film 2 is removed, and the material 4 is sealed for the pores.
