Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain an electric oil-pressure servo device having a consistent tracking accuracy regardless of varying loads by connecting objects to be driven or intermediate members by a differential mechanism leading to a detector and controlling an oil-pressure circuit driving the object by detected signal in terms of flow rate.
CONSTITUTION: When a commander 5, e.g., stepping motor, turns and an input shaft 5a is rotated in the direction of arrow, relative turning occurs between a differential member 1a coupled with the input shaft 5a through a helical strip 9 and an output shaft 6a, and thereby the differential member 1a moves in one direction. By this, a passive frame 14 moves along a rail 15 through an annular projection 1b to move the operation part of a variable resistor 3. Thus, the current of an electric circuit 11 with a power source 18 is varied and a proportionally controlled electromagnetic reducing valve 4v is controlled. Then, a pressure corresponding to pressure oil for the pilot of an oil pressure source 19 is put in the connecting port 2a to control a variable flow oil-pressure pump 2 in terms of flow rate in order to keep the revolving number of the oil-pressure motor 7 in a given one.
