Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent dust from being adsorbed in a manufacturing process and to improve the quality of products by a method wherein processd between extruding and winding rubber or plastic material is carried out in an atmosphere of ionization. CONSTITUTION:Tape material 2 is heated, fluidized and extruded by an extruder (a), moved from a slit 3 of an extruding die onto a rotary table 4 and rolled by rollers 5 down to a desired thickness before the tape material 2 is cooled. The tape material is cut to a desired with to obtain a tape 6 and it is wound about a winding up reel 7. All these processes are carried out in an atmosphere of ionized air 9. In other words, the whole manufacturing device of rubber or plastic is covered with a case 8 and pure ionized air 9 is allowed to flow from an ionized air generator 10 equipped at one corner of the manufacturing device. Accordingly, the tape 6 is not charge, dust or the like is prevented from being adsorbed.
