CONSTITUTION:A microprocessor COM gives an instruction to lasers L1, L2 so that a laser beam is irradiated to anoscillator 3 and a desired frequency value in two oscillation modes is alternately applied to the oscillator 3. Further, the microprocessor COM confirms that the scale of a phase meter PHA is zero and gives an instruction to stop the frequency adjusting laser in the oscillation mode to the laser L1 or L2. Further, the microprocessor COM gives instruction to fix the frequency to the desired frequency value of another oscillation mode not completed for the frequency adjustment. Then, after confirming that the value of the phase meter PHA is again zero, an instruction to stop another laser, L2 or L1 is given.
