Abstract

PURPOSE: To minimize frictional loss in an operation system by providing a clutch operating lever with an additional lever so as to support a release bearing in directions perpendicular to each other within a plane perpendicular to an axis of the release bearing.
CONSTITUTION: A release bearing 10 is operated by levers 13, 20 to move in an axial direction whereby a Bellevile spring 5 is pressed to cause clutch operation. The first lever 13 is supported by a shaft 16 and operated through a withdrawal lever 17 wherein a tip end of the first lever 13 is engaged with a release bearing 10 by a clip 14. The second lever 20 is positioned in a direction almost perpendicular to a rotating axis of the first lever 13. Then, the release bearing 10 is supported in two directions perpendicular to each other within a plane perpendicular to an axis of the release bearing 10.
