Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent overheating in the inside at feet positions of a driver in such a way that exhaust gas out of a motor cycle equipped with turbo-charger is passed downward ahead of the engine part, and communicated through an exhaust pipe to a turbo unit.
CONSTITUTION: An exhaust pipe 1 is coupled to a turbo unit 3 passing downward ahead of an engine 2 through exhaust pipes 1a, 1b which have air cylinders collected together and further unified into one pipe 1c. The pipe 1c has an 8-letter shaped sectional form at its base part, providing a partition 1d which bisects the path of the pipe 1c at its central part, so that exhaust gas which has been exhausted through the pipes 1a, 1b passes individual paths in the pipe 1c which has been comparted by the partition 1d to feed the exhaust gas into the turbo unit 3, thereby detriment attributable to heat is not given to the driver, into the bargain, it does not pass around the cylinder, so it eventuates in being able to increase cooling effect in the cylinder.
