Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve dispersion properties of an electric charge doner by dispersing previously said donor into a low mol.wt. polypropylene. CONSTITUTION:A desired electric charge donor is dispersed and is contained previously into epoxy resin and low mol.wt. polypropylene having usually 2,000- 30,000, more preferably 4,000-15,000mol.wt. to be mixed with said donor. Namely, by such a melt-dispersing method or the like that said donor is added to heated and molten polypropylene and is stirred, said polypropylene, wherein said donor is dispersed and contained uniformly, is obtained. Then, said polypropylene is pulverized in case of use. The amount of donor to be dispersed and contained in polypropylene is about 1-100pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. said polypropylene.
