CONSTITUTION:Polyethylene with low mol.wt. is mixed and kneaded with magnetic powder, a colorant, etc., cooled, and pulverized to manufacture primary toner powder. This toner powder is dispersed in hog toluene to selectively dissolve and remove polyethylene with <=1,000mol.wt. out of the polyethylene with low mol.wt. existing on the powder surface.
