Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the conference telephone operation possible, by rotting operations of three buffer memories successively in frame units to perform the write, the operation, and the read and by inserting a tone signal to the time division multiplexed signal. CONSTITUTION:After selected in channel units by a switching circuit 11, the time division multiplexed signal outputted from a multiplexing circuit MPX1 and the tone signal generated by a tone generating circuit 7 are supplied to a buffer circuit 12 having three buffer memories and are written one buffer memory.
