Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Blocks 10', 11', and 12' are of a "kou"(Japanese:kanji,3929)-shaped form in plane figure, consisting of a front wall portion 21, a rear wall portion 22, a connecting wall 23, a water storing area 24, and vertical holes 20. The blocks are stacked up in staggered manner while displacing by 1/2 each of the widths of each block at the center line between the first stabe block and the second stage block. The right-handed vertical holes 20 of the first stage block are lapped on the left- handed vertical holes 20 of the second stage block and led to each other vertically and throughly. Then, reinforced concrete is placed into these vertical holes, whereupon vertical pillars are formed in the vertical holes to securely combine the blocks vertically and horizontally.
